Mastercard Foundation/Baobab Digital Innovation Scholarship for Africans

Mastercard Foundation/Baobab Digital Innovation Scholarship for Africans

In partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, Arizona State University will give 25 young African professionals Master’s-level training over 4 years through graduate scholarships (2021 – 2025). This scholarship program is part of EdPlus, which is a central business unit at ASU. Its main goal is to design and scale up digital teaching and learning models to help students do better in college and remove obstacles to their success.

This is a traditional 2-year Master’s program that takes place on campus and is fully immersive. Its main goal is to train EdTech experts for Africa. Scholars can work part-time with the Baobab team to get hands-on experience putting the strategic goals of the Baobab Platform into action while they are still in school.
